Sensing Extrovert

Se is the abbreviation of Sensing extrovert. The symbol S, on its own, constitutes as the intelligence engine. Based on the STIFIn concept, there are five intelligence engines, and S is one of them. The identity of the intelligence engine becomes a personality when it is associated/paired with one of the two intelligence drives: i (introvert) and e (extrovert). Therefore, Se is already a personality identity. S is written in capital letters because its influence as an intelligence engine is bigger than the e that is written in small letters as the intelligence drive.

• The Brain’s Operational System

A simple explanation for the Sensing extrovert type would be a type of personality that is based on the intelligence of the five senses of the body that work from the outside of the self towards the inside. The operation system for the Se type is located in the lower part of the left hemisphere, otherwise known as the left limbic system. In the left limbic system, the part that directs the intelligence is in the grey layer that is located on the surface part of the brain.

Grey matter has a less dense texture as compared to white matter (located on the inside of the brain) because it consists of less brain cells. This lower density allows the intelligence drive to move from the outside to the inside of the brain. This makes the person feel too lazy to move because their source of biorhythm is triggered from the outside.

• Physical Topology

The intelligence machine Sensing (S) is identic to muscle. They have strong muscles because the S type has red muscles in which they store aerobic energy. Of course, the muscles must be constantly used in order to develop and store more aerobic energy.

The Se type stores large potential of energy but is very dependent on the availability of the charger that is located outside the self, which causes the Se type to act like diesel – starts slowly but gradually becomes stronger. Their physical form is athletic but tend to be small in size that is supported by astonishing physical flexibility.

The muscles have a memory capacity that stores memory in the muscle cells that are known as myelin. A trained muscle has more valuable myelin. The advantage of the S type lies in the value of the myelin that is more trained.

• Unique Characteristics

            Based on the viewpoint of psychology (behaviorism), the Se personality must have unique behavioral characteristics that are different from those of the other eight characteristics, that can be proven and measured. There are ten items that can be proven exist and can be measured psychometrically.

As a whole personality, the Se type has diametral sides, such as, resilient but pampered, exposure to adventure is broad but internalization of maturity is slow, seems brave but actually dwarfed, and is a companion that is easily entertained but doesn’t easily fall in love.

Besides that, the Se type has a disposition seems soft even though voice is often shrill; finds it hard to start work but when already began, has great determination; generous but wasteful like connoisseurs; wishes certainty but quickly feels cornered and runs away. This is why this type needs to be aware of their weaknesses and make efforts to exploit their strengths. Usually if their strengths develop further, their weaknesses can be covered.

• Strengths

A uniqueness that the Se type possesses is a greater flexibility and muscle strength in comparison to all the other personality types. This strength can be matched with physical intelligence, otherwise known as Physical Quotient (PQ).

The Se type’s strength is that they are usually philanthropical. On the other hand, when shopping for themselves they are usually more spendthrift. Their philanthropy, usually in shopping for other people, will make this type get good business momentum. This type treats their job as a fun activity and tends to want to have fun in life.

Therefore, this type becomes a lavish spender because they tend to want to enjoy life. In helping other people, giving them money is sufficient. The Se type feels that their responsibility is fulfilled if they handle problems by giving money.

• Chemistry

The Se type are naturally prospective rich people because they have a chemistry toward wealth. But in order to obtain that wealth, the Se type must be able to seize every opportunity that comes to them. If they want to properly achieve wealth, then this type must seek fields to plant their money.

The tenacity of the Se type to seize every opportunity that comes is similar to seasonal farming. The foresight that they possess to seize all opportunities makes them very dexterous from business to business. This field is usually physical assets, properties, franchise, or infrastructure that is managed to produce regular income.

• Role

            With a strong muscle function, the intelligence machine Sensing (S) prefers jobs that require tenacity. This type has a greater stamina as compared to other types. When combined with intelligence based on the five senses, the muscle function makes the S type prefer jobs that make them perspire. This also makes the S type choose roles as the frontmost troop in the field rather than being a person that works behind the screen.

If the S type is driven from outside to the inside it becomes the Se type and a shy and anxious character emerges, but also a tendency to make use of the potential energy that is always present. Even in situations where they have to come forward and perform, when they have had experience in training, they actually feel most entitled to be in the front row, even though they are initially shy.

The Se type has no choice but to be in the front because besides being simpler it is also more fun. The Se type has the ability to work hard in order to be chosen as a front liner.

Besides being able to do routine work, this type is also usually ready to be functionalized as a frontliner in a job, including professions such as athletics, singing, celebrity, employee, or even business. This type feels surer about his/her experience; therefore he/she can handle the business from the front.

• Target and Expectations

            The stability of the Se type in working, the fact that they are always connected with their environment (because the environment is their charger), and their ability to buy the environment with their generosity gives the Se type many business opportunities that become great momentum that they can then make use of.

The Se type has a habit of always seeking new opportunities, sometimes becomes a more opportunistic figure. According to this type, it is important to always seize business opportunities as momentum to generate income. This makes them tend to move from one project to another.

• Direction of the Brand

Due to the mundane, routine way of life and the high interest in seizing opportunities, the Se type have a brand that adheres to themselves as individuals who become a guarantee of success at every opportunity of cooperation. The brand of the Se type shows how reliable the Se type is as someone to cooperate with.

If there is an investor who wants to work with an individual of the Se type, then what is planted in the investor’s mind is that this individual with the Se type already has experience and a good track record to go through with the investment.

• Methods of Learning

The way in which the Se type learns something is by memorizing. A better way to master the material that they want to memorize, they must use hand gestures and movements to mark off important parts of the material.

The Se type a fascinating ability to visually record things. Recording events becomes a strength for this type, especially when they want to show their abilities. Events can be recorded chronologically and in detail. This is why learning using visual props is a virtue for this type.

But the main factor that influences mastery of a subject is the repetition of practice sums or problem solving. The experience that this type gains when doing something always helps in leading them to success.

The main priority when choosing a major or profession for the Se type is to direct them to one of the five industrial choices: economy, sports, military, hospitality, and history.

Some other choices of professions would be financial advisor, linguist, transportation business, trader, banker, defense, doctor, journalist, celebrity, manufacturing, flight attendant, model, actor, salesman, plantation, agriculture, farming, administration, secretary, librarian, operator, staff, singer, factory worker, security, naturalist painter, photographer, cameraman, presenter, dancer, field worker in various sectors, etc.

In the future, there will be a larger variety of professions to choose from. But if choosing a major or a profession based on the Se type standard, four key concepts must be considered: remember, muscle, diligent, and modeled.

This means that the major or profession that is chosen by this type must be dominated by aspects that require memory capacity, muscle, diligence, and must easily be molded by the profession that they choose (like molding candle wax) because the Se type are very dependent on their surroundings.
