Feeling extrovert

Fe is the abbreviation of Feeling extrovert. The symbol F, on its own, constitutes as the intelligence engine. Based on the STIFIn concept, there are five intelligence engines, and F is one of them. The identity of the intelligence engine becomes a personality when it is associated/paired with one of the two intelligence drives: i (introvert) and e (extrovert). Therefore, Fe is already a personality identity. F is written in capital letters because its influence as an intelligence engine is bigger than the e that is written in small letters as the intelligence drive.

• The Brain’s Operational System

A simple explanation for the Feeling extrovert type would be a type of personality that is based on social intelligence that is obtained from the outside and integrated into the self. The operation system for the Fe type is located in the lower part of the right hemisphere, otherwise known as the right limbic system. In the right limbic system, the part that directs the intelligence is in the grey matter that is located on the surface of the brain.

Grey matter has a less dense texture because it contains less brain cells. The intelligence drive flows from inside to outside because the density of the grey matter is less dense than that of the inside. This is why a person in a body is less likely to do an activity unless there is an outside influence that can arise the mood to socialize.

• Physical Topology

            The Feeling (F) intelligence engine is identical to the respiratory system. This type has a large respiratory capacity. This large capacity causes the F type to have a large machine, i.e., a large heart and lungs.

With this large machine, the F type can pump large amounts of oxygen into the bloodstream. The Fe type is more dependent on “chargers” that come from outside of themselves, meaning that these large machines must be turned on from outside. When the machine is on, it will work with high levels of enthusiasm.

The physical form of the F type is generally referred to as dysplastic, meaning the large machine is supported by small bones which makes the base feel heavy. With a large machine, this type normally has a bigger body than appears wide and dense. As a result, this type finds it harder to move the back area (known as dysplastic).

The height of the Fe type tends to be shorter, which makes them seem shorter and stouter. Physically, this type is able to use deep breathing originating from their lungs. Due to the “charger” being extrinsic (originating from outside the being), the Fe type has a shallow breath capacity. Respiratory strength originating from the large engine can be used for sports that require long-distance stamina, such as running marathons.

Based on the viewpoint of psychology (behaviorism), the Fe personality must have unique behavioral characteristics that are different from those of the other eight characteristics, that can be proven and measured. There are ten items that can be proven exist and can be measured psychometrically.

Based on the STIFIn concept, the ten items become more permanent personalities that will never change and always exist with age. The ten characteristics are:

            As a whole personality, the Fe type has diametral sides, such as, caring for others while ignoring other people’s business, always having a new mission but easily giving up.

Besides that, when the Fe type is in a clear minded state, they acquire higher knowledge easily. But this type usually rarely has a clear mind because of the tendency to easily give up even though that characteristic comes from their laziness to think deeply about something and habit of oversimplifying tasks. This is why this type needs to be aware of their weaknesses and make efforts to exploit their strengths. Usually if their strengths develop further, their weaknesses can be covered.

• Strengths

A uniqueness that the Fe type possesses is a greater social ability in comparison to all the other personality types. This strength can be matched with social intelligence, otherwise known as Social Quotient (Soc-Q).

With a greater breathing capacity, this type also has a better mental ability and is able to listen for longer periods of time when others confide in them. This type can also empathize better with other people. Besides that, type F also has a larger capacity to love and be loved.

Specifically, for the Fe type, the mental ability to share feelings is larger. This type has the ability to pay more attention to a lot of people.

Another strength of type Fe is their ability to magnify other people. In the next phase, this type enjoys their influence as king-maker or owner of the business they pioneered. Besides that, when managing finances, the Fe type is brave and takes big risks.

• Chemistry

            The road to success for the Fe type lies in the cadre that they have fostered and trained as a way of actualizing their life’s calling. Successfully training a specific cadre requires the release of a lot of positive energy. The love chemistry that comes to this type together with the arrival of their energy source must be welcomed with open arms.

If a lot of people expect to be trained (visited by love) by the Fe type, then this type must respond positively (accept love) so that in the end the love cycle enlarges itself. The success of this type is in line with the growing cycle of love. For the Fe type, the love cycle refers to the number of people they have successfully fostered and trained.

The natural calling of the Fe type is to guide/push other people to reach their goals. When fostering/training other people, this type gives their best efforts. In the end, this type will feel satisfied if the cadres that they trained have reached all their goals.

            The personal target for the Fe type is to mold people, always people-oriented. The social tendency of this type is very high, they are always concerned about improving the capabilities of human resources in their society.

This type’s calling to be a mentor or coach gives a lot of meaning to their lives. The Fe type feels as though they have reached a level of self-actualization if the people they have trained have reached their goals.

Even based on expertise, the Fe type is suitable to become a coach; their dream is to become a highly paid trainer. Even so, this type would choose a challenging offer to improve human resources rather than one simply offering more money.

Social influences that work as a battery for the Fe type makes them judge and measure things subjectively. Even when running a business, financial calculations can sometimes be ignored. This type enthusiastically fights for what they like.

Arguments from the type of Fe often contains social considerations because this is the topic of their interest. This interest is based on where this type stands in the social world. In other words, personal interests and social interests of this type often intersects.

When the Fe type takes an interest in something, they will make risky decisions. This makes them vulnerable to becoming victims for the sake of other people. For instance, in managing finances, sometimes this type takes too many risks when the decision is not based on definite or strong information.

In any way, the type F must learn through hearing. This type must become a good listener. Although, an interactive communication process is preferred by this type. That being said, having discussions is the best method of learning for the Fe type.

The motivation to learn for the Fe type can be retained if they are praised by other people, especially their peers. Providing with a companion for the Fe type helps to increase their learning mood.

• Choice of School/Profession

The first priority in choosing a course or profession for the Fe type should be to direct them to one of these four industries: psychology, communication, diplomacy, and public relations/promotions.

Other suitable choices of courses or professions would be: politics, executive, lawyer, arts, investor, statesman, trainer/public speaker, public administration, artist, humanist, international relations, salesman, inspirator, motivator, psychiatrist, counselor, ideologist, personnel, bureaucrat, activist, marathon athlete, etc.

In the future, there will be more choices of professions. But if the Fe type wants to choose a course or profession that is suitable, they must consider the four key words: feeling, breathing, leading, and loving. This means that whatever course or profession that is chosen must be dominated by aspects that require emotional involvement (including the ability to communicate heart to heart), physically require a longer capacity of breathing and a high spirit so they can work or compete for long hours, and also must include charisma and the ability to lead.

Besides that, the course or profession must be one that can attract the sympathy of other people, so that the followers of this type can feel mutual support.
